It is designed for seniors 65 + to maintain their independence while living in a supportive environment close to services.
Located in a nice and dynamic neighbourhood of Sillery near shops, pharmacies, famous shopping street in Quebec City.
Total of 39 apartments, 29 which are 3.5 and 10 are 4.5. Rental subsidies available upon meeting criteria.

It is entirely up to each tenant to seek these types of services depending on their needs.
